What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds?
We at Ombree have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at info@ombree.shop
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
When will I receive the refund of my return?
- The refund process would take 7 -10 working days.
- After your return request is approved, it takes up to 48 hours for us to arrange your return pick up.
- Once picked up, it takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse, post which the quality check process happens which takes up to 48 hours.
- Once the quality check is successful your refund will reflect in your original or chosen method of payment by obtaining return authorization via phone or email.
- We request you to be patient while we work hard to process your return request. Thank you.
How do I check on my return status?
To check on your return status, Please go to Return/Exchange. Please put in a return request using your Order Number or Phone No/Email. For further assistance, please WhatsAppour customer service.
